A Shining Saint: Andrew “Andy” Hernandez
This "Shining Star' has attended HCS since preschool! Meet sophomore, Andy Hernandez.
Sophomore Andrew Hernandez better known as Andy s the coolest kid this reporter has ever met. Andy was born on September 16th 1989 in West Hills California. He is Mexican American with a little hint of Panamanian. He is class of 2008 He began at Hillcrest in Pre- School. His favorite subject in school is history. His least favorite subject in school is geometry. When Andy grows up he would like to become a car designer. He is not yet sure about what college he wants to go to but he does know that he wants to go to college right after high school. In his spare time Andy likes to draw, and play basketball. His younger brother Gio Hernandez also attends Hillcrest Christian School.
Next year Andy is going to strive for good grades. Andy loves to have fun with his friends and go to the races with Mrs. MacPherson. Andy doesn’t have a favorite band hut he likes a lot of different kinds of music except country. His favorite song is Low Rider by Cypress Hill. His favorite television show is Over Hauling. Andy likes that show because of the cars that are on it. His favorite character from the show is Chip Foose. Andy’s favorite celebrity is Carey Heart. Andy’s favorite ice cream is chocolate. When asked “What is God to you?” Andy responded with the funniest thing this reporter has ever heard “God is a gangster but in a good way.”
